Your personal data:

- will be processed until the performance of the contract or for the duration of the relationship related to the possibility of concluding a contract between you and thyssenkrupp Materials Processing Europe Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Dąbrowa Górnicza, ul. Toruńska 7 or between you and other companies that belong to the thyssenkrupp group of companies, represented by the Personal Data Controller.

- will be processed for the duration of the obligations and rights arising from generally
applicable law, including provisions concerning tax obligations, accounting, provisions
concerning guarantees, warranties, etc.

- will be processed until you request their deletion or restriction or object to their processing, and also request their transfer.

We also inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data. From 25 May 2018, the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection is the Supervisory Authority.
